What is the dress code at Brasão?

We recommend a Business Casual dress code to match our sophisticated dining atmosphere. Whether you are joining us in San Antonio, Plano, or Irving, we strive to maintain an elegant environment for all guests.

How does the Rodízio experience work?

Our authentic Rodízio service is an all-you-can-enjoy journey. Begin with our gourmet salad bar featuring over 50 international items. Then, our Gaucho chefs will bring 17 different cuts of flame-grilled meats directly to your table, carved expertly to your preference.

Does Brasão offer options for vegetarians or gluten-free diets?

Absolutely. Our gourmet salad bar is a destination for vegetarians, featuring fresh international salads, imported cheeses, and hot sides. Additionally, most of our grilled meats are naturally gluten-free.

Are reservations required for large groups?

While we welcome walk-ins, we highly recommend reservations for large groups or weekend dining. For private event inquiries, please contact our event coordinators directly through our site.

Do you offer a Happy Hour?

Yes. We feature a vibrant Happy Hour at our San Antonio, Plano, and Irving bars, featuring signature craft cocktails, traditional Brazilian caipirinhas, and curated appetizers in a sophisticated lounge setting.
