01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Brasão Brazilian Steakhouse website at brasaousa.com, our reservation and messaging channels, and your visits to our restaurants in San Antonio (The Rim), Plano (Legacy East) and Irving (Las Colinas), Texas. By using our website, booking a table or messaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.

02Reservations

• Booking. Online reservations are made through OpenTable and are also subject to OpenTable’s own terms. You can also reserve by phone with the location you plan to visit.
• Accuracy. Please give a correct name, phone number and party size so we can confirm your table and reach you if needed.
• Arriving late. We hold tables for a limited time. If you are running late, please call the restaurant so we can do our best to keep your table.
• Changes and cancellations. Please change or cancel through your OpenTable confirmation or by calling the restaurant as early as possible so we can offer the table to other guests.

03Private events and large parties

Private dining, banquets and large-party bookings are confirmed only through a written event agreement. Any deposit, minimum spend, menu, service charge and cancellation terms for an event are the ones stated in that agreement, and they take priority over these Terms where they differ.

04Pricing, menus and payment

• Prices, menus, cuts, specials and hours may change without notice and can differ between locations.
• Holiday and special-event pricing applies on the dates we announce, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
• Promotions and weekly specials are valid only on the days, times and areas stated (for example, bar-area-only offers), cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
• Applicable taxes are added to your check. Any service charge will be disclosed on the menu, your check or your event agreement.

05Gift cards

Brasão gift cards are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase and on the card. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable, and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

06Alcohol service

Alcohol is served only to guests 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. We follow Texas law and responsible-service practices, and we may refuse or stop alcohol service at our discretion. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

07Allergies and dietary needs

Please tell your server about any food allergy or dietary restriction before ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, fish and shellfish, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens or cross-contact.

08Messaging and communications

• Messages you send us. When you contact us through Google Business Profile messages, text message, social media, email or our website, you agree that we may reply to you on that channel about your inquiry, reservation or event.
• Marketing. We send promotional messages or newsletters only when you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by replying STOP to a text message.
• Costs. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
• No emergencies. Our messaging channels are not monitored around the clock; for time-sensitive matters on the day of your visit, please call the restaurant.
• How we handle information you send us is described in our Privacy Policy.

09Use of our website

• The content on brasaousa.com, including text, photos, videos, logos and the Brasão name, belongs to Brasão or its licensors and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.
• Our website links to third-party services such as OpenTable, Google, social media and gift card providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work to keep our website accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is,” and information such as menus, prices and hours may contain errors or change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brasão is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the updated Terms apply from that date.
