Do I need a reservation?
We recommend one, especially on weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome, but wait times vary. You can reserve online in under a minute at the top of this page.
How does the rodízio work?
You pay one price. Start at the gourmet salad bar, then flip your card to green and our gaucho chefs bring all 17 cuts to your table and carve them to order. Flip it to red when you need a break.
What's the dress code?
Business casual. No jacket required, but please skip gym wear and beachwear.
Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Yes. Salad Bar Only gives you unlimited access to 50+ items, including imported cheeses, salads and hot sides. Most of our grilled meats are naturally gluten-free. Please tell your server about any allergies.
Is there pricing for kids?
Yes. Children 7 to 11 are $27.95 at lunch and $35.95 at dinner. Children 3 to 6 are $10.95.
Can you host large groups or private events?
Yes. Our private rooms seat 20 to 50 guests at all three locations. For 13 or more guests or a private room, send us your details on the Private Events page.
Do you have a happy hour?
Yes, in the bar area: $8 drinks and $15 appetizers, Tuesday to Thursday 11 AM – 2 PM and 4:30 – 7 PM, and all day Sunday and Monday.
