Every beef cut we carve is 100% USDA Prime, a grade awarded to less than 2% of all American beef, aged 45 to 60 days and seasoned with rock salt before it meets the charcoal. It is the kind of steakhouse meal people remember.
What to expect at the table
The meal starts at the gourmet salad bar, with more than 50 items: exotic and imported cheeses, cured meats, artisanal salads and Brazilian delicacies. Hot Brazilian sides come straight to your table. Then the gauchos arrive with the 17 cuts, including our signature Picanha, Fraldinha, Ribeye, Filet Mignon, Lamb Chops, Pork Ribs and Grilled Shrimp, finished with charcoal-grilled pineapple dusted with sugar and cinnamon. If the birthday guest wants something extra, Japanese Wagyu A5 cooked on a salt rock at your table and USDA Prime Rib are served à la carte alongside the rodízio.

Prices are simple. On our pricing page, the Full Experience is $54.95 at weekday lunch and $69.95 at dinner, before tax and gratuity, with drinks not included. That includes the USDA Prime cuts, the salad bar and hot sides. Salad Bar Only is $46.95 at dinner and $31.95 at lunch. Children ages 7 to 11 are $35.95 at dinner, and ages 3 to 6 are $10.95, so the whole family can be at the table. Prices are subject to change and may vary on select holidays, so check before you book.
Pick the night that fits your celebration
Our weekly specials can add something to the evening. Couples Night on Mondays is $126.95 for two, with the gourmet salad bar, 17 Prime cuts, endless hot sides and a complimentary dessert to share. Wine Down Wednesday takes 20% off any bottle from our wine list, all night. Caipirinha Thursday is $8 all day, and Ladies Night serves selected $5 cocktails in the bar area from 7 PM to close. Specials can vary by location and on holidays.
San Antonio hours are 11 AM to 2 PM and 5 to 9:30 PM Monday through Thursday, 11 AM to 2 PM and 5 to 10 PM on Friday, 2 to 10 PM on Saturday and 12 to 8 PM on Sunday. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends and holidays.
