How Much Does a Brazilian Steakhouse Cost Per Person? A Brasão Price Guide

A Brazilian steakhouse is priced per person, not per plate. At Brasão, the Full Experience is $54.95 at weekday lunch and $69.95 at dinner, before tax, gratuity and drinks. That one price covers unlimited USDA Prime cuts carved tableside, our 50+ item gourmet salad bar and hot Brazilian sides. If you want to spend less, the Executive Lunch starts at $36.95 per person.

What the one price includes

The word rodízio means "rotation," and that is exactly how it works. Gaucho chefs move through the dining room with skewers of fire-roasted meat from open charcoal and carve each cut at your table. Our steakhouse serves 17 USDA Prime cuts, including our signature picanha, filet mignon and ribeye. You can browse every cut on our menu.

Alongside the meat, the Full Experience includes the gourmet salad bar and hot Brazilian sides, as much as you like. You pay once, and nobody has to count courses. Flip your table card to green and the skewers keep coming; flip it to red when you need a breather.

Ways to enjoy it for less

If you are looking for a Brazilian steakhouse that fits a weekday budget, start with Executive Lunch. For $36.95 per person, Monday through Friday at every Brasão location, you get 8 signature cuts, the gourmet salad bar and hot sides. It applies when all guests at the table participate.

At our Plano and Irving locations, Sukarra Dinner is $51.95 per person, Monday through Thursday and on Sundays, with 8 signature cuts, the international salad bar and hot sides. Brasão also runs Happy Hour, so ask about it when you book or see the hours on your location page.

Sample tables: what a visit adds up to

A few quick examples using the standard prices above, all before tax, gratuity and drinks. Two adults and one child aged 7 to 11 at lunch: $54.95 plus $54.95 plus $27.95, or $137.85. Two adults and two children aged 3 to 6 at dinner: $69.95 plus $69.95 plus $10.95 plus $10.95, or $161.80. A group of four adults at dinner: $279.80. If one guest in your party prefers to skip the meat, the salad bar only option keeps the table together without changing anyone else's price.

Planning something larger, such as a rehearsal dinner or a corporate event? Brasão has private dining rooms, and you can ask our team about your group when you reach out. For a regular night out, the pricing page remains the best place to confirm today's numbers.

What is not included

Prices on our site are before tax and gratuity, and drinks are separate. Our wine list, caipirinhas and cocktails are priced on top of your meal. Our Chef's Specials, Japanese Wagyu A5 and USDA Prime Rib, are served à la carte, so they are an add-on for guests who want something extra. On select holidays, the full experience is $79.95 per person; for holiday details, email info@brasaousa.com. Prices are subject to change, so the pricing page always has the latest numbers.

Is a Brazilian steakhouse worth it?

Think of it as a full evening, not just a steak. For one price you get a salad bar with more than 50 items, hot sides and as many carved cuts as you want, served by gauchos who bring each slice to the doneness you like. It suits birthdays, date nights and team dinners alike, because everyone at the table eats what they like.
